D. in Mathematics, from Cochin University of Science and Technology for her thesis entitled ‘Analysis of queues with Markov dependent arrival batches and Markov dependent service batches and multistage queues with accessible batch service’, done under the guidance of Dr. A. Krishnamoorthy.
